bleeding before and after AF

Hello there

For the past five months that I was ttc, i always bled after sex if we had it 2 or 3 days before or after AF (i would be having cramps on those days too) I am starting to get worried because this never happened to me before in the two years I was married before I started ttc. Is anyone experiencing this regularly like me?
In fact I even knew i would bleed before we finished because I have period cramps

Does this suggest anything serious??

You could have the same as me and have a cervical erosion which is completely harmless. I would go to the dr and get checked out.
