Bleeding(for 5w) after M/c and TTC

Hi ladies, 1st i would like to say I am so sorry for everyone's loss My heart goes out to you and good luck..
I have been bleeding since my m/c 10.3 weeks, June 11th(started the miso vaginally) passed everything June 12th in the AM, so that's like 5 weeks now straight bleeding daily.. I had to have second round of misoprostol vaginally just a week and a half ago or so and I ended up passing more tissue that they have seen at my last ultrasound 2 weeks ago.. All should be cleared now but I am still spotting I am wondering if it's possible to get pregnant even though I am spotting? We currently are having unprotected sex but yet I just spot daily. I am scared I will be spotting for more weeks to come considering it has not stopped since my 1st miso insert.. Yes I am being watched closely by the doctor via ultrasound etc.. and they gave me the good to go on intercourse. Thanks xo

Well i didn't get any replies... Here is an update, spotting stopped on the 19th and it's now been 4 days and hubby and I have been silently trying I guess because he is letting go inside of me every night almost since spotting till now. I wonder how possible it is to get pregnant again this quickly.
I also have to guess my ticker :/ grrrr
