Bleeding/spotting confusion! Help please!

Hello ladies,

Yesterday at 14 dpo, I had light watery brown spotting only when I wiped. Today I had a gush of dark brown blood with mucus. Now, its slowed to light pink only when I wipe! Anyone experience this? I don't know wether to consider this af and count it as CD1, or wait and see. Way too scared to test so I'm going to wait.

I usually get this kind of spotting a couple days before AF.

From what I know and have read, only count your first day of full flow (where you need a pad or tampon) as CD1.

Well it's not full flow I guess. I've only had a liner on. The bleeding was in toilet tissue after a bm...sorry, tmi. Back to spotting when I wipe so maybe I don't count this as cd1 yet. Could the tww be any more confusing?! Lol!!

Ya I wouldn't call CD1 just yet!

I wouldn't call it yet, but that is how mine starts most months. It didn't start that way until I started trying for a BFP.
