blisters!

ok think its the extra weight im carrying - got huge blister, need to walk to midwife in a bit and everyday walking is killing me its on side of foot. should i pop it or plaster it or any tips ladies (car/taxi/bus/lift not an option) xxxxxx

You can get special plasters for putting over blisters to dry them up and prevent infection x
