blocked duct - help!

hi, I have been BF for 4 weeks, I had a blocked duct on either side during the first week but they got better. Now one has come back (its all red on one side). I tried piercing the end on my nipple (which worked before) but it hasnt helped. Has anyone had this? any advice? Thanks ladies x

I had this a couple of weeks ago and it really hurts

I put hot clothes on the breast and nursed very often, every 1 1/2- 2 hours, and got lots of rest... Try to be in bed and nursing, nursing, nursing...

I hope it will get better soon
