blocked tubes and lap

finally had my lap on tues everything went better than expected....i was alomost certain ivf was my next stop but my doctor was able to open one of my tubes and im so excited...i have been ttc for 3 1/2 years now....not knowing i had 2 blocked tubes until 2008....my doctor said its ok for me to start trying next week if im feeling up to it.....im very grateful for my lap and really hope that i get a sticky bean!!!!

hi i wish u lots of luck!! i had a lap and dye on 3rd feb...ovulated 5 days later and got my BFP 12dpo on 20th feb!!! we had been ttc for 18 mths xx

Thats good news! It must be nice to know you may now have a chance. I'm waiting for my lap as i have no idea what state my tubes are in but i've been trying for 3 years now without a sniff of a BFP! Its all booked for 7th May. Good luck!

Both my tubes are blocked and I've been TTC for 3 years now. Doctor said I need surgery to open them up or IVF to have children. I feel like he ripped my heart out.
Does anyone have any advise for someone who has severly blocked tubes after having a laparoscopy done? I need to know I can still achieve pregnancy.
