Blood and CM (TMI warning) Question

I thought I ovulated on the 21st, today while doing a poop I noticed EWCM with red blood streaked through it, if you imagine oil and water mixed and how it seperates or a lava lamp thats how the blood and CM was mixed. We havent DTD since yesterday morning and it was not rough so I dont think the sex caused it

I was read that ovulation can cause blood to mix in with the CM but I was wondering does that happen the day of ovulation or a few days after.... Ohhhhh im so confused!
