Blood groups?

Hi ladies,

Do you have any ideas about blood groups compatibility? I am A+. My hubby says he's B+. Any ideas? I have read that it matters only if the mother is "-".

What you have read is correct and your blood groups are perfectly compatible.

Even if the women is negative and the male positive then according to the doctors it shouldn't prevent conception. It only becomes a problem when the bloods mix if the foetus has a positive blood group.
