blood test at 4.5 weeks has come back abnormal - anyone else had this?

As the title says tho I'm panicking myself. I am rhesus negative but I already told doctor this. I'm just hoping I've got low iron levels cos I'm soooooo knackered. Got docs in morn fingers crossed it's nothing serious......

low iron? It is common in pregnancy, I wouldn't worry, you just need some tablets to get your iron levels back to normal
