Blood test question

So my dr finally said she will take my bloods to check my hormones etc. I had to wait for AF to arrive and it did on the Saturday. I was told to call in as soon as it arrived to get my bloods sorted but of course the GP was closed so I rang in this morning (Monday) and they told me to come in tomorrow for first bloods.

Tomorrow I will be cd4, my question is what days in the cycle is it essential to get the bloods? I remember the sheet was saying something about needing day 21? But have I missed important days already?

I have a 28-30 day cycle.

I'm new to all this so I haven't got a clue.

They also check them early around cd3 but cd4 works too...day 21 is for confirming ovulation (looking at your progesterone)...cd3/4 is fsh ect. Other hormones
