Bloody Avent bottles!!:(

We stopped the leaking by taking off the teat, collar and lid, ensuring the teat was in the collar totally (i.e. by pressing the neck of the teat into the collar, and pulling the top end of the teat with your fingers to ensure it's in properly. Then rethread the collar onto the bottle and you shouldn't have any problems. All brands of bottles will leak if they're not threaded properly, or if the teat isn't totally in the collar. In the end we just made extra checks when we made up the bottles. If you do it when you get the bottles out of the steriliser, you don't need to worry about it when you need to give a feed.

As long as you know the way to stop the leaks, I honestly don't see a problem with having to alter it once you see that it's leaking, it only takes 10 seconds to sort it out

ive got had any leaks with avent ones personally, i didnt even know you were supposed to turn anticlockwise 1st so i dont do that lol and ive got some with the blue ring and some without.. guess im lucky!

I spoke to soon! I've started experiencing leaking bottles, but after adjusting them they're fine. Maybe I just need to double check them when I'm putting them together.

Still a pain in the ass though... :(
