Maybe girl?? The nub isn't too clear and the head looks slightly turned so it's kind of hard lol, but I'd guess girl!!!

Both my boys had round pregnant looking stomachs on their scan pics, my daughter had a flat belly that's how I was taught to predict gender by a 12 week scan.
Looking at your pic I would say your having a boy.
My current baby I can't guess using that method because it's positioned awkwardly but your scan pics are perfect for it
