Hi there ladies,
I've been rereading this great book I bought when I was pregnant with my daughter. It reads more like a biology textbook, but is really accessible to those of us without biology degrees. I have always studied and enjoyed the sciences, so this book is fascinating. It's bringing all my A-level biology learning back!
There's a huge chunk on TTC and male/female gamete development (as well as genetics and anatomy). It then has equally amazing detail for the whole of pregnancy (when we get to that part to all! Hope it's soon).
It's called the Pregnant Body Book. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Pregnant-Body-Book-Paul-Moran/dp/1405362499 Worth a read if you like reading about this stuff and enjoy a more scientific approach.
