both breast leaking at 26 weeks

Hello!

I will be 27 weeks on Friday, so not quite 3rd tri yet.. But I thought I might find more help in 3rd tri for this question

This morning I woke up to both my nipples leaking white/yellow fluid. Colostrum I am guessing... But why so early? Does this mean I am coming into milk?

I've had leaky boobs for a really long time now, since before 20 weeks. Some women get it and some don't. At first it wasn't a lot but now I'm wearing breast pads since soaking my t-shirt one night (thankfully I was home ). I just grabbed some cheap cotton washable ones from Target for now.

You wont get milk till after baby you will just leak colostrum

I've been leaking since 16ish weeks, so i'd say its completely normal.

I had this from 18 weeks. Still got it now. The milk doesnt come in til about 3 days after baby is born and until then baby will drink the nutritious colostrum till the milk arrives. Dont worry its totally normal
