havent been/wont be online for a couple of days apart from maybe the odd couple of minutes as a nosey as both Rhiannon and I have got a virus that makes us vomit and go to the loo..A LOT!!! 
Dr wants stool samples from rhiannon as she is so small and has been vomiting for a week now, ive even had to throw a duvet and 1 pillow as she had been so poorly over my bed ..
ive been given dioralite for her, but as she is keeping water down they have said keep on that for now...
she is so good through all this, very clingy and pale but still willing to smile at us..
i on the other hand am like a bear with a sore head!!!! i hate being ill and especially now as i cant look after rhiannon because the dr wants us to have as little contact as possible to save us passing it back and forth, so its killing me that she is holding her arms up for me yet i can only give her quick cuddles and no kisses
hope to be back better by next week
