i got 610mg ones, is that right? and it says take 1-2 tablets, what do u ladies take?

also, it says dont take without consulting doctor if pregnant or lactating? is that just to cover their backs? i mean theres no chance they could harm either of us is there?

It's just to cover themselves. You need to take 2 caps 3 times a day - sounds a lot but you probably wont need them for long.

ok im going to start tonight, also it says you have to take with a meal? is it totally necessary, like if i miss a meal am i still allowed to take the tablets lol

I didnt always take with food but if you want to digest them effectively it's probably best
