Bowels after csection

its gotta be easier going for a number two after a c-sec than a vaginal birth
my poor mum had a double episiotomy and piles from delivery and she could not poo comfortably for weeks and waited one week before she did but it was agony

I don't know if I wasn't "allowed" to leave hospital before I went, but I know I went before I left and I do remember them asking a lot if I had yet. I wasn't given anything to help with constipation, but I will be asking my doctor to prescribe me some lactose before hand so I have it in hospital.

Now that I'm having a c-section, I'm starting to remember all the unpleasants about it, such as the bowel issues!

I had the windy thing too lol, people just said to me "you can see now why babies cry when they've got wind" my god it was agony, I just felt like I needed a really big trump but I had terrible runs so daren't and even when I rushed (hah fat chance of a run after a section) to the loo no trumps were there, horrid!
