Is this a boy or is it a girl with a cord? Seems quite big to be boy bits. 14 and a half weeks...posting for a friend

Omg it could b a third leg it’s so big lol I’d say likely a boy but with a hand or cord there also my boy was very clear at 20wks but had the typical 3 bumps whereas this seems quite early to b that pronounced lol xx
