Boy or cord? Why is it so big

15 weeks exactly went for a private scan. At first she thought girl but then saw this and said boy. Now I don’t want to buy anything until 20 weeks incase it’s not right but I’m just wondering why it’s so huge in comparison to the rest. She had a hard time scanning I think due to my weight and legs crossed etc

I think it’s probably just the angle of the scans. The boy’s penises are surprisingly big on an ultrasound
