Boys name Clayton?

Thoughts on the name Clayton please? It's our front-runner by far, but people either love it or hate it.
We already have a Finn and an Ember
Finn, Ember and Clayton. I think it sounds good!

I'm not really a fan. Finn and Ember both feel like softer names whereas Clayton is kind of a harsh name IMO.

It sort of slots in there with Greyson, Mason, Jayden, etc. in my head which makes it feel very trendy.

I have a friend Clayton who is 30 so I don't think of it as new and trendy. makes me think of well off people but only because he is so private school himself!

Personally I think of Clayton as more of a surname but Clay is a cute nn. And it does fit well with Finn and Ember (fave girl name EVER btw!!)

Thanks, we get heaps of lovely comments about Ember's name (but she does mistakenly get called 'Amber' a bit - an issue which we foresaw )
