Bradley method classes!

So we decided the Bradley method would be our birth classes. I'm super excited and oh so ready. We start in September anyone here do the class or will do the class? Did you like it? Did it help in natural birth? Is it worth the money? I want all the deets. Thanks ladies

I went for hypnobirthing last time but that all went out the window at the time.. nothing could have prepared me for the pain or how to manage it (but I had no pain relief, not even gas and air). However, I had a very quick and easy birth, if I'd had gas and air it would have been a breeze (I was refused it by mw) and I'm sure that's because I did a lot of relaxation and yoga to open up my pelvis.

I'm not sure exactly what the Bradley method entails but I reckon any preparations you make, you take at least some with you? If it feels right for you then go for it!
