Brand new to the forum world and TTC

Hello everyone! My husband and I started TTC last June. In March I was diagnosed with PCOS. My doc started me on Metformin immediately and WOW! after only one month on this med, April 29th I took a test and finally got my BFP that I had been waiting for! I thought almost a year of trying had finally paid off. Unfortunately, on May 1st I went to the ER because of vaginal bleeding and found out I had miscarried. The doctor said that it was because I am rh- and my husband is a+. Apparently rh neg blood doesn't get along with positive blood types very well and my body went into attack mode. A few days later I went to the hospital for a follow up and the doc said there was medically no reason to wait to try again. I am not sure how soon I might ovulate(d) but if the metformin is still regulating my cycles I should be in the 2ww period... ugh. Anyone else unable to catch a break? Got a success story? I am driving myself CRAZY!!!
