Braxton Hicks Contractions and Gas

Does anyone elses braxton hicks contractions come with a lot of gas? I know what gas pains feel like so that is why Im thinking Im getting braxton hicks with gas pain because its a lot of pressure/pain/gas more than normal gas pains. Is that normal? I have anxiety so maybe I get the braxton hicks and I immediately worry and thats what causes the gas pains? The gas pains have been worse than ever thats why Im assuming its braxton hicks too because my stomach gets so tight. Anyone else feel like this? Ill be 23 weeks tomorrow.

I get BH a lot (21weeks) that get worse when I'm gassy or my bladder is full. Especially at night. Hope that helps.

I'm 24 weeks and I'm experiencing exactly the same - Brixton hicks, gas and suffering with anxiety. Not a great combination! X

I have already gotten a few and mine happen with a full bladder or sometimes if I am bloated (gassy) but they don't hurt, just mildly uncomfortable. I got them a lot with dd.

I don't know whether this is of any help but my midwife told me that it can be your body's way of telling you to slow down a little or that you just need to hydrate yourself.She said every time I feel uncomfortable is to sit or lie down somewhere quiet with a glass of water.I have been getting these since I was about 10 weeks!
