Braxton Hicks?

I know theres been a load of threads about braxton hicks so sorry for mine as well but I was just wondering...I keep getting a tightening of my bump but have noticed that the very bottom doesn't really go tight just stays the same but the top and sides are tight. Is this a Braxton hicks or does all the bump go hard for it to be one?

Also does everybody get them? Cos if these aren't them then I dont think Iv ever had one

I think i only had my first one last night....although it wasnt strong.
But ive had times when my bump only goes tight at the top and sides, i thought it was BH but apparently its just baby moving!?

So thats what mine have been although yours could of been BH.
Sorry im useless xx
