Does anyone know anything about brazil nuts for TTC?
Does anyone have any success stories about eating brazil nuts?

Also I have read milk is good, milk is bad. I don't know what to think.
Can milk improve uterine lining or can it make the uterine lining slippery and decrease chances of implantation?

I've read 3 Brazil nuts a day for both partners helps x

I read 5 a day. haha. I don't know I suppose it won't hurt. I am going to give it a try.

Well my clinic told me to drink 2 litres a day of water and 1 litre a day of semi-skimmed milk during an IVF cycle, so I guess there is something to it after all.

I am happy to try the brazil nuts but DH hates nuts so I don't think I will be getting him on them anytime soon :)

I'm with ya - I've heard both versions of the "milk-for-implantation" viewpoints. Who knows!

I'm on the TWW after IVF, and I am eating 4 or 5 Brazil nuts per day for the selenium. Oh, and of course the good old pineapple core :)

Good luck!
