breast aren't sore anymore? :(

I'm probably overreacting but I had sore breasts a few days ago and the last 3 days it's gone, I can poke and prod and nothing. I've also had bad pelvic cramping and 'old blood', doctor said this was completely normal and I haven't had any red blood but now I'm paranoid that this could be another miscarriage. I'm 4 and a half weeks only, can symptoms come and go?

In my experience, symptoms come and go all of the time. I can go weeks without my breasts being sore and then wham! they are so sore I can barely stand wearing a shirt.

As long as your doctor says everything is okay, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I wouldn't worry about it. Some days my breasts are more sensitive than others. You're still really early, your hormone levels will get keep rising, and you'll be dreaming of the days when you were concerned about being symptom free!
