Breast doesnt "look" empty after feeding...

I bf on demand. For some reason my Left breast never looks like my daughter has fed on it. After i feed her on the right it basically looks "deflated" but my left doesnt look like that. Its not engorged or anything but it doesnt look flat (basically) like my right one does. My right looks pancaky (i've bf 3 kids lol) but my left looks fuller no matter what...

whats going on?

I really don't know but my left side seems to produce more than my right and always ends up feeling and looking fuller sooner. I have had to express off it because the pain gets so bad from it being too full even after he feeds. I try not to express as I do not want to make the over production worse but my boob goes rock hard and lumpy and I worry I will end up with mastitis if I don't ease it off a bit. I just express enough to ease the pain.

Same here, leftie is superboob lol. Rightie will deflate, not provide as much pumped milk and is usually smaller. Leftie just keeps going and going.

I've read online that most left breasts make more milk as well

Super weird. I don't really get the engorged pain unless I go almost all day without feeding on that side. Well thanks ladies

My baby is 6 days old and I'm feeding on demand both my boobs look full and hurt even though he gets good feeds off both of them, I have developed mastitis on my right boob I have a massive lump under my armpit it kills

My right was the superboob and was like this for at least six months. It still produces much more than the left but now, nearly 18 months in, instead of one spaniel's ear and one normal boob, I have a pair of old tights with an orange stuck in each toe.
