How long can you leave breast milk in the fridge for?

Midwife said rule of 6. 6 hours room temp, 6days in fridge, 1year in freezer x

I've read it's 5-8 days so 5 days would be playing it safe.

My LC told me 4-8 days in the fridge, 4-8 weeks in the freezer, and 4-8 months in a deep freezer. But I'm pretty overcautious, so I never go past 4 days.
