breast pain

Having sharp needle like pain in breast tissue between and during breastfeeding my lo. Not nipple pain. Is this normal or beginning of more complex infection?

Sounds like your let down.....possibly infection since its painful? I'm having a similar problem but its not unbearable pain...I'm going to go see a doctor soon to be sure.
