Breast tenderness

I'm 6 weeks today. Breast tenderness is my only real symptom and it has faded. Anyone else have this happen but have a good outcome? My past mmc's have me so worried. Thx!

Had my first scan today and all is well so far! Symptoms are back. Very mild but present.
