Weight Watchers and Slimming World both do breastfeeding suitable options, but I stuck to calorie counting. I lost weight and didn't starve at about 1800 cals. As long as you don't go below 1700 cals you shouldn't compromise your milk. Even better is eating sensibly but not counting anything and doing plenty of exercise. I chose to do a combo of both and lost 4stone in 7months and still had weeks 'off' here and there for Christmas and growth spurts and the like
