I'm exclusively bf and have been for the past 3 months.

I felt yesterday like I was ovulating, so I've taken a OPK and it came back positive. Does that mean I can expect my period in 2 weeks??

So far I've had no period since giving birth.

Many thanks :)

Breastfeeding can affect your cycle in many ways:) You could see AF in two weeks or if baby picks up their feeding it may not show up at all! What it does mean is that you are ovulating and can fall pregnant atm so if your not planning a new one atm just be careful. When your cycle seems to have returned to a regular pattern a sudden increase in baby feeding one week again can then delay ov so still be prepared for any random changes, dont rely on timing as only contraception as I did with current suprise bump lol:)

If you ovulated, you will get a period. (The reason they say that you can get pregnant without having periods is that of course you ovulate before your period for that cycle, which won't come, if you fall pregnant).
Whether that'll be in two weeks exactly is another thing. I found that my first few luteal phases (ovulation->period) after baby were very short. I'd ovulate and then have a period about a week later. So I'd definitely be prepared for the next wee while.
