Lachlan looks like hes crawing in your pic lol hes so cute and looks really strong. and i love how harry's holding a toy lol i try with kailee but she ends up droping it and going for my face lol

Thank you He's pretty strong, neeearly got the hang of holding his head up I'm looking forward to the day when he can go in his jolly jumper - it was looking promising but then the other day I tried him in it and his head was leaning right back woops!

The pic reminds me a lot of the bit at the end of the Exorcist, if you've seen it, when Regan is like...reaching towards the light in the bedroom? If people haven't seen it then don't worry, I'm not giving anything away

Harry wont let go of the toys sometimes, so it's easier to just let him hold onto them, lol. He does try to bat me with them occasionally, or when he's done with the toy, he throws it across the room, then gets on with business so to speak

i tried breast feeding olivia from birth but got really really sore so gave up after a few days after 2 weeks of ff my boobs were feeling better so i decided to give bf another go i didnt hold out much hope of it owrking coz id not been expressing but ollie is now just over 4 weeks and she is bf 3 times a day i know its not as good as being exclusively bf but im chuffed with myself for giving it another go so thought i would share a pic of ollie enjoying mummy's milk

thankyou im really impressed, she started out only feeding for a few mins at a time but now its about 15 mins. i guess the more she feeds, the more milk i will get so im hoping to increase to 4 feeds a day soon

You should be really proud of yourself, remember if u want to increase ur supply u need to let her feed even after ur empty and have run out so your body knows to make more milk xxxx

Congrats sarah, keep it going, lanisoh cream is great if your nipples get sore and its safe for baby if its still there when next feeding. Avent pads are great too.

Awww Sarah he's gorgeous, congrats!! Good on you for giving BFing a go, it does get easier I promise! Plus it's free which is a great bonus hehe

I agree about Lansinoh cream, it works wonders and one wee tube lasts forever! Also if you're having a hard time of it, try using nipple shields for a few days while your nips heal

Happygal, you could also express to increase yr supply - I'd express when she's having formula if you can (or just after if it's you giving her the formula!), that way eventually (if this is yr aim), you should be able to have enough milk to bf her for all her feeds Also try expressing after she has fed & yr empty

Sarah - I agree about the cream, make sure you get it on prescription (I just rang the docs & asked them to do me a prescription), then you don't have to pay for it!

yep use the cream right from the off, before u think you need it, then hopefully they shouldnt get too sore at all
