finally, i can add ours! maddi was ff from 3 days and we only ever had one photo of us bf, Summer however, has taken to the boob more amazingly than i could ever hoped, we just love it! So pleased i can share our bfing piccies here

First picture is one of his first ever feeds... third time I nursed him, I believe... his first night.

Second and third ones are from today, 3 weeks in and loving his boobie milk! He was just about in a milk coma in the third pic.

He's a natural! The only fix I've ever had to do is pull his bottom lip down a smidge when he gets a bit overexcited to get to eatin'

newmommy23 - Scientifically, hardly any 10 month old self-weans that young. Most children start weaning after the age of one. She is close, so it could be... but actually, around the 8-10 months era, children can go on a "nursing strike", but it's far from self weaning

Since you said it broke your heart, I pulled up a website for you to read. I think if you enjoy nursing your baby - go ahead and try to nurse for the next few months instead of doing formula. Here is a site to help you out

yes he is one, I tried weaning he is not interested. Tried blw picks stuff up throws it away. Only now he is starting to try stuff, nibble. He is taking his time. But blw it would be.
