I'm having no problems feeding Seth, in fact i'm doing it the way i did it with my other 3 re; positioning. The thing is i tend to rest him on my lap, hold him to me with one arm, then hold my breast to him with my other hand. (hope this makes sense) The problem is, this is fine at home, because i can use a pillow to bring him higher, so i don't have to stoop, but when we are out i have to stoop over, so the breast reaches him.(also to acheive this it's hard to stay covered)
If i try to cradle him to bring him to the breast (rather than the breast to him) he gets almost enveloped by my breast, and he can't breathe.
I suppose what i am trying to say in a rather longwinded way  is, does anyone have any positioning tips for women with large breasts, that will make feeding easier, and more comfortable. xxx

Well I'm an E so I guess I'm considered to be large, and I do the cradle position. T tried like the football hold and stuff and it was just difficult for me, I also do the cradle hold where I have her sitting up.

I roll up a muslin and put it under my breast which raises it higher and saves me having to hold it, not sure if this would work for you????

I used one of those Boppy pillows. They are U-shaped and fit around your belly, for your arms, breast and the baby to rest on. They are also really easy to make, if you sew.

I have always used the cradle hold and crossed my legs to support her.
