With my last baby I had true low milk supply diagnosed by my OBGYN and my LC agreed. After I stopped breastfeeding entirely, at 6 montgs, I found out I had hypothyroidism. Now I am 22 weeks pregnant and wonder if being on levothyroxine, to keep my thyroid levels up, will make a difference. Anyone have experience or know of someone it made a difference for?

I've hypo thyroid
Am on levo
And bf is going great this time
So long as your levels r ok I don't think it should affect milk xx
Best of luck

Hopefully everything will be fine. I have hypothyroidism and with my first I struggled but he also had tongue tie. My second and third I had enough milk but I certainly didn't have a big over supply or anything.
