Hello,

I can't find the answer to this question anywhere so wondered if anyone could help me! When you express breastmilk, can you do it straight into a bottle, store the bottle in the fridge/freezer then feed your baby from the same bottle? Or do you have to transfer it into a newly sterlised bottle for feeding?

Many thanks in advance!

You can pump into a bottle, put it in the fridge, and feed from that same bottle, yes.

Unless it's a glass bottle I wouldn't put it in the freezer, though.
