Breathless can't sleep 36 weeks

So tired but breathlessness keeping me awake😕 nothing helps, ahhhh so tired!!

I've had the same problem. As soon as I lay down I get clenching pains in my chest, it feels like the air gets knocked right out of me and I can only take very shallow breaths. I've been to the hospital for it and they show that my oxygen saturation is fine, though my heart rate is very, very high when it happens. Plus it's certainly painful and uncomfortable

I've managed to get some sleep by propping up on my side with lots of pillows, a body pillow between my knees, and a fan blowing lightly directly on my face. I still can't breath 100% normally but it works well enough to get some sleep. I hope you find a solution soon, it's such a terrible feeling! Good luck.
