bright red bleeding 6dpo

I had a miscarriage the end of May. My cycle since then had gotten back on a regular 30 day pattern until last month when it came a week early on Aug 15th instead of the 23rd. This month I started bleeding on the 7th which is 6dpo for me. I ovulated on the 1st. Now it's the 9th & it has pretty much stopped. There's been no clotting like with a normal period for me. I'm just not sure if it could really be implantation bleeding & the egg was just digging in but anyone else had this happen & gotten a BFP?? I'm afraid to hope honestly.
