how much milk does your babies brng up after a feed. mine has started brining up loads is this normal

Caitlyn has always bought up what looks like half her bottle. It's probably not. I thought it was normal but now I'm not so sure. Going to get it checked out.

Amy always possited very badly, I was worried she was bringing most of her bottle back up but when I spoke to the Health Visitor she said that it was normal and probably wasn't as much as we thought and that as long as she was putting on weight that she was ok.

She stopped possiting at about 5 months.

A little bit each time is ok. Alot each time is a sign of an allergy. Alot once in awhile is just an upset tummy and is fine.

Unless Tegan has her meds she brings up a whole bottle. I would see your doctor, as the others said if its a lot its normal if its a little, its fine.

Oliver always brings up a bit, without fail. hen a few days ago, he was bringing up tonnes - it looked like a scene from the excorcist!!! It was all ove my brand new rug! It soon settled after a few days to the usual though.
I know what you mean - sometimes it looks like the entire days feed! My midwife said that as long as they are happy and putting on weight, then don't worry. But then again, if you are worried, speak to someone to put your mind at rest.
Let us know how things go x x x

Spoke to doctor who perscribed gavison for reflux but with breast feeding its so hard to give it her - it needs to be in 15ml of water after her feed but she wont take any more and seems to make things worse - she is putting on weight so I am going to wait and see if she continues to gain - Thanks for all your advice
