Brown discharge and sharp pains

I'm 16 weeks today! I've been constipated and finally had a BM today! After I had brown discharge and sharp cramping!
I miscarried at almost 16 weeks in January, and I'm really worried! Shall I go get checked out or just wait and see??

I'm so sorry to see your post - I'd call your midwife or hospital and get a scan.

Left a message for my midwife! She hasn't got back to me yet!! So I've booked a GP apt for tomorrow! Hopefully it's just because it's just because I've strained when having a BM, sorry for TMI!! So stressful being PAL x
