Brown Discharge? (TMI Alert)

Hi Ladies,

This is my DH and mine's first month of TTC. I stopped my birth control (Alesse) on January 24th and my period started that Friday, so I estimate that I am on CD 8 now.

And I want to apologize in advance that this may be TMI. My DH and I had this afternoon and I had a lot of brown discharge when he pulled out. So much so that I felt like I should be wearing a pad afterwards, which also has some brown discharge. Has anyone had this happen? I'm wondering if it has something to do with coming off of the pill this month, but I did have a normal period at the end of January.

I think I may have actually O'ed on CD 11/12, because I felt a pinching feeling on my right side on CD 11 and I think I had fertile CM on CD 12. We've only successfully BD'ed once this month (on CD 8) due to a death in the family that has hit everyone pretty hard. But you never know, it still may have worked

And I haven't had any more weird discharge, so I think that's a good sign too.
