Brown discharge when period due

Hi, I was due on my period 9 days ago, I had no period but a slight brown discharge, this lasted a day or so, since then nothing, no discharge and no period! I ovulated 12 days before my period was due? Any ideas people?? Been trying to conceived baby number 2 for a long time now

First of all, how did you know when you ovulated? Are you temping to confirm? If you are not than you don't know when/if you ovulated and AF may not be late.

Second, the only idea I think any of the ladies on this board can come up with is to take a test.
