I don't think one day without a poo at 4 weeks is old is cause for alarm, whether breastfed or formula fed. It does sometimes take a baby's tummy a few days to adjust from one type of milk to another.

We went through a very long period of poos on a 2.5 day schedule, interspersed by the odd period where we'd go 3-4 days between... just to keep you on your toes and guessing!
Worst bit is you're just waiting for the inevitable grunting and poo-face KNOWING it's going to be epic when it does materialise!
This happened to a friend of mine when she decided to switch. Dont worry, her baby took 6 days but it was nothing to worry about. It then reduced to 4 days and then to 2.
