buffet numbers

Hi girlies bit of a random thread! I am throwing a surprise party for my husband's 30th on saturday, there will be about 80 people.

Just wanted some help in regards to the food, how many sandwiches do you think I need to make? I'll be doing various fillings and the standard quarters you get at a buffet usually. Don't want to make too few!

I think it depends on the time of day and if you will have any other snacks to go with it x

It's on the evening, and I'll do salads and other finger foods like sausage rolls etc but mainly sandwiches tbh xx

I would probably do triangular sandwiches (as in quarters) and do one full sandwich/four quarters for each person.
