Bugaboo bee plus problems?

I got my bugaboo bee plus on Saturday and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but the seat keeps getting jammed when parent facing... Say if its parent facing and I want to change it round or adjust the seat to fold. It gets jammed and won't fold forward on itself sometimes so I can change it around? Is there a nack to it ? X

I saw a recall on bugaboos in mothercares window, not sure if its for this fault though x

When you squeeze the handle on the back to lean the seat all the way forward, you squeeze it all the way to change the recline position but if you want to put it all the way forward to fold it or take the seat off, you only squeeze it half way. It's a safety feature I think, so you can't accidentally fold it up with LO in there . Hope that makes sense.
