I had a doc app today because I haven't had AF since I've been off the implant in August( I didn't even have one while on it). So my doc told me to wait til Nov 1st if I haven't came on by then I'll get an ultrasound to find out if I have any cysts. If not he'll give me provera to start my period. My question is should I start temping now? And then continue until AF or provera? Would it hurt for me to temp now?
