I'm 17 weeks and 2 days I'm 22 and this is my first baby but second pregnancy due to a molar in 2010, I have my 20 week scan on the 10th September and its completely dragging my due date is the 26th january, I just wondered if anyone would like to talk and share experiences etc being a first time mum I'm struggling with what I should have and what I shouldn't I'm not bought anything as of yet just a few bits but I feel I don't know what I'm getting lol any advice would be great x thanks in advance. X

Hello! I'm 22 - will be 23 when bubs arrives and this is my 3rd pregnancy (we lost our first in 2009). I've got a private gender scan booked for this Saturday but I'm pretty sure baby will be another boy. Are you hoping for a boy or girl?? xx

My OH wanted us to wait for our nhs scan but I'm too impatient and booked it anyways. We had an early gender scan with our son too so "It's only fair" xx

Haha I tried that one but the nearest place to me is a bit away but my oh said he would take me but mums sayin I'm wasting money when I've only got to wait til the 10th September but its far too long!!!! It's driving me crazy lol xx

I bet hun!! It's driving me crazy and I've only got to wait till Saturday lol They are expensive mind! Luckily the place I go isn't as expensive as most & we have a 20% off voucher from our last scan there so it's costing me £44 . A friend of mine only paid £27 for hers after she saw an offer on Groupon mind which is a bargain!xx

I've got a voucher that gives me a 15 min gender scan and one picture for £39 I think I may do some creeping at weekend and just say its already booked that was he has no option but to take me haha September is too far considering I've been waiting since the 12 week scan which was on the 16th July xx

Don't blame you at all! I agree, it's such a long wait between 12-20 weeks, and it's easier to buy when you know the gender xx

Exactly I tried creeping last night and he said it will cost loads in petrol so might aswell wait because I've waited this long I even asked while we was listenin to the baby on the doppler he knew what I was doing tho baby was kicking so I said the babys fallen out with him too he said its got time to be my friend again (smart arse men lol) I might give in to this time but in a few more weeks ill get a 4d scan and he will wish he let me have the gender scan early haha not the most patient person its drivin me mad lol xx

Ahhhhh no!! Lol How far away is it then?? I just noticed your ticker and you only have two weeks left to wait so that's not too bad I guess. Haha Oh yes he'll be gutted, 4d's are so much more expensive than gender ones. I have my gender scan tomorrow and I'm so nervous I feel sick :/ xx

Awww make sure u let me know what ur havin Hun I'm so jealous and yeah I have my scan on the 10th September ill be 20 weeks and 2 days feel like its dragging though just to annoy me more lol there nothing to feel nervous about Hun just keep smilin hope u get the result ur after ill just be here being team yellow cos my oh is mean I told him I getting a 4D scan he said over his dead body ... I will get that scan hahaha good luck everything crossed for u xx
