Bump seems to have stopped growing!

First up, my baby is still moving around and kicking nice and strong so I'm not worried about that...
but I measure my bump around the widest point each week, I know that isn't the most accurate way to measure it but my midwife hasn't started measuring my fundal height yet so that is all I have to go on. But up until 22 weeks I was growing at least half an inch but since then my measurement hasn't grown in the slightest, in fact this morning it measured half an inch less. My weight hasn't changed since then either.

I have a health problem (lupus) that is known to potentially to stunt his growth but I am still waiting for my consultants appointment to come through but I am really worried that maybe he isn't growing as he should.

Has anyone else noticed that their bump stops growing for a couple of weeks and then caught up again?

Sorry about the lupus. My mom has lupus but she had three healthy babies but small babies. (my brother and I were full term but 5lbs, my sister was born 3months early, now she's a healthy 25 year old mother of 1).
I would assume that at about 25 weeks maybe your baby and uterus is grow up instead of out. They are pretty small at this point, try not to worry too much.
