has anyone ever been told a good way to sleep with your twin bump, I know when I had my first child I was told sleeping on my left was good. Now there are 2 I have to say I sleep left, right, on my back and still don't get really comfortable? Is still sleeping on the left the best options?

Same here & I'm not even half way to the finish! :(

I start on my left but always end up on my back because of the pressure on my pelvis.

Sorry not a solution but wanted to let you know that I'm in the same boat too

xx

I sleep sitting up supported by my maternity pillow, sometimes I sleep sitting up curled to my left too that is quite comfy. I havent had a decent nights sleep for weeks so I think the best bet is get used to it and take naps!

Miss Melly G I am about a week behind you, glad everyone else is going through it. I had problems sleeping with first son but that was more like 7.5 months mark and that was more to do with needing the loo more. I already feel like I am going to the loo every few hours in the night!

Cuffy I just bought 2 huge pillows so like you in the night I shuffle them and then try to sleep on my back but I get such a sore neck - what maternity pillow do you have?

I sleep in an inclined position with lots of pillows and my maternity pillow. I cant sleep on my sides as it kills my hips and makes the baby closest to the bed wiggle and move. I cant sleep on my back because I cant breath.

Sitting up in bed propped up with pillows was the only way I could get some sleep, I don't think there is any comfortable position when pregnant with multiples!!!!
